This tiny island also has an airstrip, hotel accomodation, Kuna museum, restaurant, and souvenir shop.Believe it or not, apparently even big cruise ships bring their passengers to this island. The passengers must disembark in rounds because the island isn't big enough to accomodate the cruise ship's population all in one go.
